In 2021 we announced FRILU’s partnership with Willowolf Farm, a small 15-acre farmstead located in north western Ontario in the town of Tottenham. The farm is also considered home to Chef John-Vincent Troiano and his wife Sandra. Together our goal is to achieve a truly farm-to-table experience, focusing on quality of ingredients and seasonality. Sustainability is always top of mind, we use no-till methods in an effort to produce more nutrient-dense food and to preserve the soil ecology and support the natural ecosystems around us. If you follow us on Instagram, you will see stories of our gardens and Chef John-Vincent out harvesting in the early mornings for guests that evening.
