Chef’s Menu


Our Chef’s Tasting Menu consists of 12-14 courses that change seasonally to reflect the four seasons in Canada. Our dishes are intricate yet humble, drawing on Asian influences in flavour and cooking technique. As our menus are a journey through the seasons using local and seasonal ingredients, we aim to invoke a sense of surprise to you, our guest, every time and every season that you dine with us.



Pairings have been introduced in 2023 to provide our guests with an all-encompassing guest experience. Alcoholic pairings include wine, sake and spirits which are carefully selected to compliment the Tasting Menu experience. Our non-alcoholic pairings are hand made and created by our Sommelier, Yuya Shimomura and no less of an art form than the dishes that it accompanies. It includes fermented fruit tonics, in-house made kombuchas and infused cocktails of various fruit, spices and herbs.
